When you send the order form we receive your name, email address, league name, the logo file you attach, your overlay design choice and any brief you write, and for the Race Control Suite the size and shape of your race control (head steward, number of stewards, cars and sessions), together with the price shown to you and your consent tick. Your IP address and the time of the request are recorded with it. The data is stored on our own server in Frankfurt am Main and emailed to support@lmutracksidetv.com, which runs on Google Workspace. Nothing is passed to any other party, and the logo is used only to build your overlay. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR to deal with your order, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the IP address, which we keep to stop the form being abused. Orders that lead to an invoice are kept for the statutory retention periods under German tax and commercial law (six to ten years). Orders that come to nothing are deleted once the matter is settled.

The contact form works the same way and sends the same kind of data: your name, email address and what you wrote, plus whatever the topic asks for. A broadcast booking adds your league name, your commentary and overlay choices and the dates you want covered. A support request adds which application it concerns and, if you attach one, the log file you send. A crew application adds what you are applying as and what you write about yourself. It is stored on our own server and passed to us over Discord, and to no one else. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are asking about a booking or a licence, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in answering the people who write to us. We delete enquiries once they are settled, unless they turn into an order and the retention periods above apply.

The site is hosted on a server operated by DigitalOcean, LLC in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, which processes standard server log data (IP address, time of request, browser and referrer) to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in operating the site. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider, and the server is located inside the EU.

The typefaces are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google servers. If you would rather avoid that, self-host the font files (see the README shipped with this site) and this section can be removed.

If you email us, your message and address are stored so we can answer and handle any follow-up. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f). We delete enquiries once they are settled and no retention period requires otherwise.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Write to support@lmutracksidetv.com.
